1.1 This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organised by Swypebites Pte. Ltd., the operator of Spree and Spree City (the “Promoter”, “Spree”, “we”, “us”).

1.2 By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), the Spree Terms of Service (https://spree.city/terms-of-service) and the Spree Privacy Policy (https://spree.city/privacy-policy). If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Service in relation to the Giveaway, these Terms prevail.

1.3 The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK Inc., or any of their affiliates. Pokémon and Pokémon Trading Card Game are trademarks of their respective owners, which are used here for identification of prizes only.

2.1 The Giveaway opens at 00:00 Singapore time (SGT, UTC+8) on 3 September 2026.

2.2 Entries close at 23:59 SGT on 24 September 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted, regardless of the reason for the delay.

2.3 Verification of entries, the prize draw and winner announcements will take place after the Closing Date, in accordance with clauses 8 and 9 (the entry period and this post-closing period together being the “Giveaway Period”).

2.4 The Promoter's records are final in determining the time an entry was received.

4.1 Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

4.2 Creating a Spree City account is free. Nothing you may buy inside Spree City increases your chances of winning.

5.1 To obtain one (1) base entry, you must complete all of the following during the entry period:

5.2 An entry is only valid once all three steps have been completed and the form in Step 3 has been submitted. Completing Steps 1 and 2 without submitting the form does not constitute an entry.

5.3 Only one (1) base entry per person is permitted, regardless of how many Spree City, Instagram or TikTok accounts a person holds.

5.4 You must remain a follower of @spree.city and keep your Spree City account in good standing throughout the Giveaway Period. Unfollowing, deleting your account or having your account suspended before the prize draw voids your entry.

6.1 Once a valid base entry has been submitted, you may earn additional entries (“Bonus Entries”) by completing the optional actions below during the entry period:

6.2 The maximum number of Bonus Entries available per person is therefore sixteen (16), in addition to the one (1) base entry, giving a maximum of seventeen (17) entries per person.

6.3 Bonus Entries are only awarded where the action is completed exactly as described and can be verified by the Promoter. In particular:

7.1 There are twenty (20) prizes in total, with a combined approximate retail value of over SGD 1,000:

7.3 Prizes are supplied as sealed, factory-packaged products. The Promoter makes no representation about the contents of any pack, box or bundle, which are determined by the manufacturer. Card pulls, rarities and secondary-market values are outside the Promoter's control.

7.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, Spree credit or any other product. Winners may not request a different tier, set or product.

7.5 If a prize (or any component of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control — including but not limited to manufacturer stock shortages, product recalls, or shipping restrictions — the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7.6 Images of prizes on spree.city and on social media are for illustration only. Actual packaging and design may differ.

8.1 After the Closing Date, the Promoter will verify all entries and Bonus Entries. Entries that do not comply with these Terms will be removed before the draw.

8.2 Winners will be selected by random draw from all verified entries. Each base entry and each Bonus Entry counts as one chance in the draw. The Grand Prize will be drawn first, followed by the remaining tiers in the order listed in clause 7.1. Once a participant has been drawn as a winner, all of that participant's remaining entries will be removed from subsequent draws.

8.3 The draw will be conducted by the Promoter using a randomised selection tool within seven (7) days after the Closing Date.

8.4 The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the Giveaway, including the draw and the verification of entries, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

9.1 Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok (to the handle provided at entry) and by email (to the address provided at entry) within three (3) business days of the draw.

9.2 Winners' handles (e.g. @username) will also be announced publicly on @spree.city on Instagram and TikTok. By entering, you consent to this announcement.

9.3 To claim a prize, a winner must reply to the notification and provide their full name, delivery address, contact number and any identity or age verification requested within seven (7) days of the notification being sent. A winner who is under 18 must also provide the full name and contact details of their parent or legal guardian, who must confirm in writing that they consent to the winner's participation and accept these Terms on the winner's behalf. The prize will be addressed and delivered to that parent or legal guardian.

9.4 If a winner:

the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may, at its discretion, select an alternative winner by redraw from the remaining verified entries. The same claim conditions apply to any alternative winner.

9.5 The Promoter will only communicate with winners from official Spree accounts (@spree.city on Instagram and TikTok, and email addresses ending in @spree.city). The Promoter will never ask winners for payment, bank details, passwords or one-time passcodes to release a prize. Participants should ignore and report any message claiming to be from Spree that does not meet this description.

10.1 Prizes will be shipped to the Singapore delivery address provided by the winner within thirty (30) days of the winner's details being confirmed.

10.2 Delivery within Singapore is at the Promoter's cost. Prizes will not be shipped to any address outside Singapore, including overseas forwarding addresses. A winner who cannot provide a valid Singapore delivery address forfeits the prize.

10.3 Risk in the prize passes to the winner on delivery. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit once handed to the courier, except where the Promoter is required by law to bear such risk. Winners must report any damage on arrival within three (3) days of delivery, with photographs.

10.4 Prizes cannot be collected in person unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing.

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant and void any entries where it reasonably suspects:

Where a prize is denied or revoked under this clause, the Promoter may redraw the prize in accordance with clause 9.4. The Promoter is not required to explain the basis of its suspicion, and its decision is final.

11.3 A person who has been disqualified is not eligible to win any prize, and any prize already awarded may be reclaimed.

12.1 Personal data collected through the entry form and the Giveaway (including name, email address, social media handle, Spree City account details, delivery address and contact number) will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Spree Privacy Policy.

12.2 Personal data will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify entries, contact and announce winners, deliver prizes, and comply with legal obligations. Delivery details will be shared with couriers for the purpose of delivering prizes.

12.3 By ticking the relevant box on the entry form (where provided), you may also consent to receive marketing communications from Spree. This consent is optional and is not a condition of entry. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the address in clause 16.

12.4 Screenshots and other content you upload as part of a Bonus Entry may be stored for verification purposes for up to 90 days after the Giveaway ends.

13.1 By entering, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce and display your public social media handle, and any content you publicly post in connection with the Giveaway (such as reposts, Stories and comments), on Spree's social media channels and website for the purpose of promoting or reporting on the Giveaway.

13.2 The Promoter may ask winners to take part in reasonable publicity (for example, a photo with the prize or a short comment). Participation in publicity is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving a prize.

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the use of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

14.2 The Promoter is not responsible for:

14.4 You release Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok and ByteDance Ltd. from any liability in connection with the Giveaway.

15.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or amend the Giveaway or these Terms at any time if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary (including technical failure, fraud, or changes to Instagram or TikTok platforms), or to correct any error. Any material change will be published at https://spree.city/giveaway and, where practicable, announced on @spree.city.

15.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

15.3 The Promoter's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to do so later.

15.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material for the Giveaway (including social media posts and the giveaway page), these Terms prevail.
